These terms govern your use of the G Tech Solutions website and the services we provide.

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or connected systems.

Services and proposals

Project scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing are defined in the written proposal or quotation issued for each engagement. A proposal is valid for the period stated on it and becomes binding once approved by the client.

Payments

Invoices are payable by the due date stated. Work may be paused on materially overdue accounts. Applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables created for your project transfers to you. Third-party components, open-source libraries and our pre-existing tools remain governed by their own licences.

Warranties and support

We correct defects reported within the warranty period stated in your proposal at no charge. Ongoing maintenance is available under a separate AMC agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
